collective bargaining for educators is illegal in five states. guess where those five states rank in S.A.T. scores – those five states where colective bargaining is banned for teachers rank in - the bottom six. Minnesota - where the governor is trying to strip collective bargaining for the teachers – its S.A.T. scores are number two in the country.
